Aerial view diagram showing proposal in context of existing terraces

Project Description

At land adjacent to 21 Derby Road in Weaste, Salford, an overgrown brownfield plot is being reimagined as a pair of well-proportioned four-bedroom family homes that complete the Victorian terrace rhythm and create a strong “book-end” to the street. The design carefully breaks the massing to align with neighbouring rooflines and reintroduces familiar cues, subtle ground-floor bay projections, tall vertically proportioned windows, and a palette of red facing brick with light rendered bays, stone detailing and slate roofing finished with slim anthracite frames.
