Project Description

On Parrs Lane, we were engaged for a second time to remodel an existing family home in a calm, open residential setting. The house is being carefully remodelled through the selective demolition of part of the current building to make way for a smaller, more compact extension. The project focuses on a modest, considered intervention, improving everyday flow between kitchen, garden and ancillary areas, and replacing less efficient elements of the current layout with a streamlined double storey extension that better suits contemporary living.
