Concept sketch of eventual design

Project Description

Parrs Lane is a leafy pocket of Aughton, Lancashire, and we were appointed to remodel and extend an existing family home set within a generous garden, including an underused outbuilding. Our approach retains the house’s traditional street presence while reshaping the accommodation behind: a discreet rear extension introduces a new master suite, and a contemporary glazed link stitches the main house to the refurbished outbuilding. The outbuilding is reimagined as a wellness pavilion, with a gym at ground level and a cinema room above, and the scheme continues through to a dedicated spa zone featuring a sauna and swimming pool, creating a seamless sequence of spaces for modern family living and relaxation.
