Project Description

In the heart of Crosby, this six-bedroom family home required major renovation. After completing much of the work themselves, the clients sought assistance to complete the final phase.

The project added a new dormer extension with access stair and reconfigured the ground floor to improve the connection between kitchen, dining, and living spaces. The second floor was redesigned for guests, with three dormers shaping the layout: a central bathroom accessed from the landing and two generous guest bedrooms on either side, providing comfort and privacy from the main family areas below.
