Project Description

This project features a detailed extension and redevelopment of a bungalow to provide more living space on the ground floor and a new en-suite bedroom on the first floor. A garden-facing family space, known as the sun room, is elevated at the rear, with a shaded outdoor seating area beneath. The blend of brickwork and render maintains a traditional appearance at the front, while zinc cladding to the sun room adds a contemporary character to the rear.
