In the heart of Heanor, this residential project brings new life to a former brownfield site, blending the old with the new through thoughtful urban renewal.

At its centre is the transformation of a run-down block of flats into modern, self-contained homes, including the conversion of the ground floor from retail to residential use. While retaining the building’s original character, the redesign introduces bright, well-planned layouts that maximise space, comfort, and natural light.

The development also includes two newly built houses that complement the existing streetscape. With refined brick detailing and simple window forms, they offer a contemporary take on the area’s traditional character.
