Project Description

A double-storey side and single-storey rear extension to a family home in the village of Thelwall. In response to rising construction costs during the COVID-19 pandemic, the project evolved into a client-led self-build. The rear extension features a rendered finish to soften the mass of the brickwork, while a striking rooflight was introduced to draw natural light deep into the heart of the home.
